TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
NOTE: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance of payment is due four weeks before the arrival date.
All cancellations will incur a $50.00 administration fee. Deposits are only refunded (less the $50.00 admin fee) when a cancellation is made before 6 weeks of the arrival date. The balance of payment is due 4 weeks before arrival date. When paid, the balance is not refundable.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. check-out time is 10.00 am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental
THIS IS A NON SMOKING APARTMENT. Pets are not allowed.

Visa/mastercard/bankcard or cash by Bpay. Direct internet transfer or cheque/moneyorder
